Top Rwandan genocide suspect arrested in Uganda

Suspect Jean-Bosco Uwinkindi, who had a $5 million dollar reward on his head, was accused of helping to orchestrate the mass killings and arrested after entering Uganda from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
